This series of separators are widely applied in gravel plants, cement mills and paper industry where they need to take out ferrous metal. When processing raw materials on the conveyor belt, the specially designed inner constant water-cooling system allows long term operating. Customers can select fixed or mobile installation according to the processing condition.

Since the fixed installation separator is immobile, the power of magnet needs to be cut off before ferrous materials on the separator can be removed manually.

For the mobile installation separator, there is an additional motor-driven, moving device with sequence control. The separator can be moved away from the conveyor manually by push-button or automatically by timer. After the separator is moved away from the conveyor the system will cut the separator power off then actuates “RELEASE”, so the ferrous materials will fall down to the collecting area on the side. Then the separator moves back to the original position above the conveyor automatically.
